Important Notes on Posts and Eligibility

  • Extensive List: The recruitment covers many post categories across various disciplines (e.g., Administration, Engineering, Technical, Nursing, Library, Hospitality, etc.). The full Annexure-II runs for many pages

  • Essential Qualification (Page 26 onwards): For the specific educational qualification, age limit, and experience required for each post, candidates must refer to ANNEXURE-I (starting from Page 26). For example, a Junior Engineer (Civil) requires a Graduate in Civil Engineering or a Diploma with 5 years’ experience. A Librarian Grade III requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science with 2 years’ professional experience.

  • Grouped Posts: All reported posts are grouped together for convenience, allowing applicants with similar eligibility to apply for several Institutes with one examination fee. However, different posts within a group may have different eligibility criteria, which applicants must check carefully.

  • Candidature Status: The issue of an admit card does not guarantee final appointment, as the final selection is always subject to verification of eligibility for the specific post and institute.

The complete PATTERN/SCHEME/SYLLABUS OF EXAMINATION is detailed in SECTION IX of the advertisement (Page 13).

  • The examination will be a Computer Based Test (CBT).

How to Prepare & Important Tips and Tricks

  • Thoroughly Review Post-Specific Eligibility: Before applying, satisfy yourself that you possess the essential qualifications for each post, as multiple posts within a group may have different criteria (Page 6).

  • Master the Syllabus: Refer to SECTION IX (Page 13) for the syllabus and scheme of the CBT. Ensure your study plan is aligned with the specific requirements of the examination pattern

  • Practice Skill Tests: If your chosen post requires a Skill Test (e.g., Shorthand or Typing for Stenographer posts), ensure you practice to meet the required speed and norms well in advance, as these tests are mandatory for qualified candidates (Page 21).

  • Complete Application on Time: The online application window is strict and closes on $2^{nd}$ December 2025 (5:00 PM). Do not wait until the last day, as non-completion will lead to rejection  (Page 6

  • Keep Documents Ready: Ensure you have valid category certificates (OBC-NCL, EWS, SC/ST, PwBD) ready by the stipulated dates. Failure to produce a valid certificate will lead to the cancellation of your candidature in the reserved category 43434343 (Page 10).
