Railway (SER) Sports Quota Recruitment How to Prepare

South Eastern Railway (SER) Sports Quota ke liye koi Likhit Pariksha (Written Exam) nahi hoti, isliye iski taiyari baaki sarkari naukriyo se bilkul alag hai. Iska selection poori tarah aapke On-field Performance (Trial) aur Certificates par nirbhar karta hai.

Yahan 5 bade steps hain jinpar aapko focus karna chahiye:

1. Physical Fitness aur Game Trials ki Taiyari

Selection ka sabse bada hissa (40 Marks) Trial ka hota hai.

  • Skill Test: Aap jis bhi khel (Football, Archery, Athletics, etc.) se hain, uske technical skills par rozana 4-5 ghante practice karein.

  • Fitness: Railways mein stamina aur agility (furti) ko bahut mahtva diya jata hai. Running, stretching aur core exercises par dhyan dein.

  • Mock Trial: Apne coach ke saath ek ‘Dummy Trial’ karein jahan aapko bilkul waisa hi perform karna ho jaisa selection committee ke samne karenge.

2. Documents aur Certificates ko Arrange Karein

Is recruitment mein 50 Marks sirf aapke achievements ke hote hain.

  • Verification: Apne sabhi National/International certificates ko sequence mein lagayein (Latest wala sabse upar).

  • Validity Check: Dhyan rakhein ki aapke certificates 01.04.2023 se pehle ke na ho, kyunki usse purane certificates valid nahi mane jayenge.

  • Federation Approval: Check karein ki aapka certificate kisi recognized National Sports Federation (NSF) ya Association se hi ho.

3. Medical Fitness Standard

Railway mein sports person ke liye bhi medical standards (A-2, B-1, etc.) hote hain.

  • Vision Check: Apni aankhon ki janch karayein.

  • General Health: Physical injury se bachein kyunki trial ke waqt purani chot aapko bahar kar sakti hai.

4. Interview aur Personality Test (Assessment)

Trial pass karne ke baad ek chota assessment hota hai.

  • Apne game ke rules aur latest regulations ki theory padhein.

  • Railways mein sports quota ke bare mein thodi jankari rakhein.

5. Daily Routine Table (Sample)
